While it’s unclear what job she actually did, fans were quick to speculate and guess that she had “elf ears” after expressing her desire to get modifiers.
She wrote: “I did something crazy!” and then shared a lengthy tweet explaining how she finished her “last song at the plastic surgery clinic.”
She wrote: ‘The album is finished, we are mixing. My friend and I perfected the last song at the plastic surgery clinic because they wouldn’t let me go and we laughed that it was the most Hollywood moment ever.

Last month, Grimes teased his desire to get “elf ear modifiers” and asked his fans for doctor recommendations.
She said: “2 years ago I made an appointment with a great plastic surgeon, I thought I might want to change things up in my mid-thirties, but then I forgot and I never thought about what I should do.

She also asked her fans for recommendations on someone to perform modifications to an elf’s ear, though she added: “I’m still discussing this surgery as the cartilage doesn’t heal so it requires permanent stitches.”

She added that it “just seems unhealthy for everyone in the media to hide body mods and then make people feel embarrassed”, although it’s unclear if she was referring to more traditional mods and cosmetic surgeries, or changes outside the spectrum of human appearances.
“I’m also less interested in conventional beauty (I’ll keep my nose),” she added, before asking her fans for recommendations on what procedures she could get and noting that her plastic surgeon is the Dr. Chia Chi Kao.
