It looks like there could be trouble on the horizon for Tiger Woods.
Erica Herman, apparently now Woods’ ex-girlfriend, is suing the 47-year-old golf legend, hoping to overturn a non-disclosure agreement Woods made her sign early in their relationship – claiming that the NDA should not be enforced in part due to the Speak Out Act, which provides an exemption in scenarios where there is evidence of sexual assault or harassment.
In court documents acquired by TMZ, Herman claims that Woods is trying to “aggressively enforce” the NDA she signed circa August 2017.
It’s unclear if she’s accusing Woods of any particular indiscretion, though it’s clear she wants to publicly share her experience with him throughout their nearly six-year relationship.
Interestingly, there’s no official news of a split yet — although Woods and Herman haven’t been seen together publicly in some time. The longtime couple’s most recent photos were at the US Open tennis on August 31, 2022.
Herman did not appear to be in attendance at the PGA Tour’s Genesis Invitational tournament in February – the first time Woods has appeared on the Tour since The Open Championship in 2022.

First linked in 2017, Herman supported Woods in the Presidents Cup at Liberty Golf Club in Jersey City.
At the time, she was mingling with the now-wife of golfer Jordan Spieth and carried a title of “player’s spouse,” according to Golf.com.
Herman was identified on TigerWoods.com in February 2017 as the general manager of Woods’ Jupiter, Florida restaurant, The Woods.
Prior to his relationship with Herman, Woods dated Kristin Smith from 2015 to 2017.
In April 2018, TMZ reported that Woods and Smith were in arbitration over a nondisclosure agreement.
Smith reportedly ended her relationship with Woods after suspecting he was unfaithful.
TMZ reported at the time that Woods — who previously sought treatment for sex addiction after his marriage to Elin Nordegren disappeared — offered Smith money to sign the deal in hopes of avoiding another scandal.
Prior to Smith, Woods was in a public romance with Olympic skier Lindsay Vonn, whom he dated for nearly three years before calling it quits in 2015.
Herman was at Woods’ side after the golfer’s horrific car crash in early 2021 nearly cost him his right leg.
When he returned to Augusta for the 2022 Masters, Herman gushed over Woods’ efforts to retake the course.
“I mean, nothing ever surprises me about him,” Herman said, per Golf.com. “But he had worked so hard to be here, that was the only thing I knew: once he got here, he wasn’t going to go home.”
