Brandon Jones took the plunge from Joe Gibbs Racing, the team he had driven for the past five NASCAR Xfinity Series seasons, to JR Motorsports for the 2023 season. On Monday, Jones’ new team dropped the new look of his Menards-sponsored race car for the upcoming season.

The program will pick up where former Jones Menards look at JGR, as the neon yellow Menards will be burned into people’s eyes for another season, and the race car hood will once again be used to showcase B2B partners through Menards.

But overall, the scheme looks like a classic version of the Menards brand.

Along the sides of the car is a sleek yet simple swoop that features orange and red. The swoop gets narrower and narrower as it slides down the side of the car, and when the swoop reaches the Menards logos above the rear wheels, it actually morphs into the actual official logo paint swoop of the company.

It’s a really cool look.

Jones had five wins over the past four seasons in NASCAR Xfinity Series competition, and it looked like he was on his way to qualifying for the 4 championship this season, until JGR teammate Ty Gibbs chasing him in the closing laps of the penultimate race at Martinsville Speedway.

Jones is expected to be out in 2023, as he will drive for an organization that has racked up 15 wins during the 33-race season in 2022.
