BOISE, Idaho, Nov. 2, 2022 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — The Idaho Rural Water Association (IRWA) wins the 2022 State Association of the Year award in the Excellence Awards competition presented by the National Rural Water Association (NRWA).

The IRWA has won this prestigious award three times in the past seven years.
